Bootleg (left) vs genuine (right)

Bootleg Nendoroid makers surely never give up, don’t they? Well, today GSC has just posted another bootleg comparison for one of their Nendoroid. This time, it is Nendoroid Menma‘s turn to be analyzed in-depth along with her counterfeit version.

Note: Photo of bootleg version is the left one, while the genuine one is the right photo.

The first difference, as you can see in the pic above, is that the genuine version uses magnetic stand while the bootleg one uses plug-in stand, which is plugged into the head.

Apparently the bootleg version has more yellow-ish color on the leg joints, not to mention the weird skin color there.

The bootleg version doesn’t have any numbering on the top of the faceplates, while the genuine one does.

It seems that the bootleg version has a darker color on the back hair compared to the genuine one.

Well, what do you think, Nendonesian? Make sure that you don’t mistake them when you are about to get it. XD

Ah … that reminds me that I haven’t done a review of Nendoroid Menma. ヽ(*゚д゚)ノ
